GIVEAWAY: Day Out With Thomas Tickets in Baltimore

UPDATE: The Randomly-drawn winner is WhyMommy of Toddler Planet (OK, yes, I adore Susan in real life but seriously, all giveaways are determined by the integer generator unless stated otherwise!)

Julie Freeland, the Director of the Day Out With Thomas events nationwide for HIT Entertainment, says

One of the goals of Day Out With Thomas is to preserve the railroad heritage, and help children discover a new world of trains that transcends the Thomas experience. Bringing families to sites like the Roundhouse at the B&O Museum can be just as amazing as seeing their favorite train Thomas come to life.
What do you think - are you looking to have a great time with your family and instill a love of history in your children?

Are you interested in four free tickets to ride on the honest-to-goodness 15-ton bright blue tank engine?

Are you available to head to Baltimore's B&O Railroad museum on Sunday May 3rd at 8:30am sharp - the time for the tickets generously provided by HIT Entertainment?

Then leave a comment here with your favorite engine or vehicle in the Sodor Railway system. (We're pretty partial to the Troublesome Trucks in the APISS household. ) The winning family will be randomly drawn on Tuesday evening at midnight. The winner MUST be available to attend DOWT on Sunday May 3rd at 8:30am. No exceptions or time/date changes.

Everyone else can purchase tickets here.

NOTE: Tickets are sold out in Baltimore for a ride on Thomas all days except for Friday May 1st. However, The B&O Railroad Museum has been granted permission to sell an on-site ticket at $14.00 per person for ages 2 and up at the door on a first come, first serve basis during this six event day. This ticket includes all the day’s festivities and the Museum EXCEPT the train ride behind Thomas the Tank Engine. Doors open at 8:00 a.m. during these six event days.

We're riding Thomas tomorrow and hope to see you there!
